About Work Experience

I have been working with Startups and helping them to understand the various regulatory requirements and benefits granted by government. India has become a hub for startups and is attracting investors globally hence it has made our job more thrill because managing those funds have never been easy. I have been a part of Series A and B funding round with many startups. Our term handled Secretarial, Accounting, Taxation, Valuation and Liasoning services. I am always excited to be working in a different industries as complexity of business with complex legal structures give me a chance to explore so many dynamics - that's what we professionals dream of doing.
